Conducting induction training for new employees. Providing documents for CHESM Audit. Inspections of working site. Daily, weekly reports. Preparing work instructions and procedures. Prepare documents for Client Audits for pre mobilization SD Prepare documents for tender documentations

Attend daily toolbox meetings. Schedule and lead Safety Audits/Inspections on a weekly basis or on a more frequent basis as directed by HSE Manager / Operation Manager Conduct site inspection Prepare weekly Safety/HMI Reports. Communicate with FGP HSE Lead/Snr HSE Specialist and BP regarding results of the weekly HSE audits/Inspections and assist BP with mitigation efforts. Participate and support emergency response drills and evacuations. Identify and ensure BP has implemented necessary mitigations to ensure safe execution of work. Familiarization with all equipment/tools/materials that BP mobilizes to the Project site. Daily review of JSAs and work permits on the Project site.

Inspect operating vessels, their maintenance and repair facilities to reveal damages, take measures for their prevention, including preparation of annual reviews of management system, and assurance of compliance with effective legislation on safety marine standards, including Company standards and other standard regulations; Participate in accidents and incidents investigation; Control availability, condition and correct application of protective equipment sufficiency of taken HSE measures and fulfillment of fire safety regulations and standards; Conduct HSE induction for new employees, and other necessary induction, hold HSE meetings with company employees, controls process of HSE knowledge assessment of company employees, and instruct them on corrective and preventive actions

Perform work place/site inspections together with SHEQ Manager, supervisors and management to coach them in spotting SHEQ risks, how to correct pro-actively potential dangerous situations and to take preventative and corrective actions. Perform internal audits together with SHEQ Manager and monitors the following up of the measures taken. Registering of and reporting on agreed corrective actions in the relevant database for follow-up and spotting trends. Actively and efficiently supporting of supervisors/managers in incidents and accidents investigation. Install actions to avoid happening in the future and check whether these are being executed and if not, take measures in consultation with SHEQ Manager.
