The AEO "NIS" is a governmental educational organisation, where I was a member of Human Resource Management Department. The Depatment handled with the professional development of employees of AEO and monitored functioning of the human resources in the organisation. My responsibilities consisted of making financial reports of the Department, forming the budget of the Department and making Budget Corrections. Also I have learned how to organise the training and professional development events for the employees of the AEO. First entering the organisation I was taught to work at the International teachers recruitment block within the Department. There I learned how to select, hire and induct the International employees, provide visa support and social benefits to employees from overseas, as well as monitor their work at AEO.
