The main responsibilities are to teach, train and assess on courses as per STCW requirements. To be Instructor to students as required and to deliver tutorials in line with the academy tutorial policy. Ensure students are correctly enrolled with the Academy and awarding bodies. My main responsibility is to provide subject matter expertise (SME) advice associated marine risk when engaging a vessel (marine assurance) in the Caspian Sea and worldwide, as well as for operations in the CaTRo channel and Cargo Offloading Facility (COF). Lead in coordinating inspection activities (OVID Inspection, internal inspections) and ensure full compliance with Flag State, Class requirements, International Law, RoK law and contractual terms. Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of procedures and guidelines, and compiling vessel inspection schedules and reports. Investigation and correction or mitigation of identified technical issues, incidents. Ensure appropriate liaisons are maintained between Future Growth Project (FGP) Logistics Farnborough and CaTRo Maintenance Dredging activities. Ensure implementation and adherence to the requirements of the CaTRo HES Management System. Interface with contractors to aid the facilitation of his duties. Ensure the protection of the marine environment, coastline and adjacent shore area. Maintain a working relationship with internal personal and the marine contractors working for the Project.

Worked as a 2nd Officer of Navigational Watch on Ice Breaking Supply Vessel “Tulpar”: transportation and supply of cargo from Bautino to Kashagan in the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC). Main responsibilities: Watch Officer 6/6, Radio Operator, Voyage Planning, considering the weather, ice navigation, working with weather charts, considering the risks of the voyage due to ice in Northern Caspian Sea. Worked on a Module Carrying Vessel (MCV) on a Future Growth Project (FGP) of TengizChevroil company as a 2nd Officer of the Navigational Watch. Transportation of Modules from Ersai base to Prorva (through CaTRo) in Caspian Sea. Responsible person in load in/load out operations of modules. Responsibilities: Voyage Planning, GMDSS operator + daily, weekly, monthly checks, safety observations of the vessel, crew, cadet training officer, ship-handling during voyages, Navigational equipment checks, responsible for operations like mooring, anchoring, communication between crew members, monitoring of delivery/receiving documents. Responsible for general condition of the vessel, purchasing of equipment and status of delivery.

Had experience in project department as manpower forecasting coordinator. Kept communication with all departments: crewing, training, procurement, planning. Was responsible for Incoming/outcoming documents. Working with drawing schemes and facilities, responsible for organizations and planning of meetings, timeframe.

• 6 months spent on board of VLCC Leo Voyager making international voyages and transporting crude oil from Arab counties to USA through Arabian Sea, Malacca and Singapore straits and Pacific Ocean. Obtained broad knowledge and experience in navigation, different types of mooring operations, cargo operations and cargo handling during watch keeping on bridge and cargo control room. • Have completed numerous safety related trainings on board with company safety trainer. These include: Operational Excellence, Process Safety, Barrier Recognition, Hazard Identification, Job Hazard Analysis and Managing Safe Work, Behaviour Based Safety (Plus), Incident Investigation and Near Miss Reporting, and Accountability, Bypassing Critical Protection Devices, LO/TO Process. • Have become very familiar with company safety policy and applicable international and US regulations. *Process and development evaluation forms (OPS-13) and all certificates from the companies are available upon request.
