Piping testing: Visual test Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing for strength and leaking of joints according to “PLL”(Piping line list) Pipefitting work : Verify piping material class conformance to Specifications and passport data. Monitor in-process lying down pipelines as per isometrics and P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram), including witness flange bolted connection and threaded joints. Inspection of pipe supports and other fixtures. Welding work : Visual weld inspection. Monitor welding activities to ensure according to “WPS” (welding process specification) Control over pre-heating and inter-pass temperature of welding joints as per “WPS”. Analyze the defects, identify the root causes and implement the corrective measures for continual improvement. Monitor process of post weld heat treatment PWHT, as per “WPS”. Conduct daily routine checks on all welding activities if welding parameters in applicable WPS have been achieved such as bevel tolerances, cleaning, welding consumables type and size, welder qualification, welding equipment condition, pre-heating (if requires) and inter-pass temperature requirement, electrical characteristics (amp-volts) welding speed, welding size. Responsible for the implementation and inspection based on project procedures and specifications and quality control procedures for the fabrication of all piping which are fabricated at shop and site locations. Verify piping material components as per specified in the drawing bill of materials according to its piping service class and to ensure that all items are fully certified by the accompanying certificates. Check accordingly to its material color coding, stock code number and heat number. Performing dimensional checks based on approved for construction drawing and fit-up requirements in conformance as per WPS prior to welding. Storage Tank Site welding preparation activities and check welder and welding procedures qualified as per project requirements and according to contractor WPS. Contractor’s works coordination during non-destructive control method works performance. Management of technological preparation of welding and assemble works performance. Analysis welding works technology and quality. Inspection of sandblasting / painting & insulation of aboveground piping, pressure vessels & storage tanks.

Organization and control of operation of ventilation equipment, air conditioning systems, heating systems at the company's facilities; Participation in the preparation of proposals for the reconstruction, technical re-equipment and modernization of equipment; Participation in acceptance of new production capacities, equipment after repairs and installation; Control of maintenance at the facilities of as-built documentation; Calculation of schemes, selection of equipment, maintenance of installation of these systems at sites.
