• Control adherence of legislative and other legal acts on HSE in all departments of the Company as well as provision established allowances and benefits on work conditions to the employees. • Learning working conditions at working places, preparing and offering development and introduction of modern constructions of protective equipment, preventive and blocking units, another protective equipment from impacts of hazardous industrial factors. • Taking part in inspections and checking of technical conditions of buildings, constructions, transports and mechanisms, venting systems, sanitary technical conditions of units, offices and means of collective and individual protective equipment of employees. • Jointly with another subdivisions of the Company`s branches, conducting certification and assessment of working places and equipment on compliance with labor protection requirements. . • Taking part in development of measures for preventing professional diseases and accidents at industry, improving and enhancing working conditions in accordance with requirements, established in legal acts on labour protection as well as assisting with organizational moments in implementation of developed events. • Controlling timely conduction of testing and other technical maintenance of equipment, transports and mechanisms by adequate services. Maintenance schedule measurement of hazardous industrial factors, implementation notices of state inspections for compliance with current acts, rules and instructions on labor protection also, in the projects of new and re constructed industrial facilities, taking part in acceptance for operations. • Providing assistance to all department of the Company in compiling a list of professions and positions in accordance with the employees have to pass medical check up, based on currents legislation employees are provided with compensations and bonuses for heavy, hazardous work conditions. • Conduct induction courses on HSE to new comers, seconded personnel, students arrived for practice or practical trainings. • Taking part in drawing up “Labor protection” provision of Collective agreement, investigations for industrial accidents, professional and industrial diseases, learning its reasons, analyzing efficiency of conducting measures on prevention. • Prepare reports on HSE as per established forms and at appropriate duration. • Taking measures on provision documentations, rules, instructions, banners and other needed handbooks to all department of the Company. • Provide jointly with adequate departments, development of measures on improving work conditions, generate and analyze these measures.

Control on safe, secure and accident free operations of electrical equipment, firefighting conditions and preventive works for accidents, fire at the Company facilities. • Control on following by the personnel the requirements of industrial instructions, availability of necessary drawings and schemes at working places, timely correction, as well as proper maintenance of operational-technical documentations. • Control equipment operations in compliance with requirements of current instruction, technical norms and conduction of measures on elimination of detected violations. • Controlling good working performance of monitoring and metering instruments, automation equipment, technical protective equipment and timely elimination by adequate structural shortages in operation of these devices. • Supervising implementation of measures, stipulated by acts of accident investigation, work refusals, fire and combustion, improvement notices from control state bodies, measure plans on preventing and elimination of requirement violations of OMR, PFR, emergency-dangerous focuses. • Taking part in opening and signing of permit to works as well as preparation JSA and RAMS in accordance with KPO procedures. • Conducting HSE meetings with presentations (daily, weekly, monthly, and unscheduled) and emergency trainings at the company facilities in compliance with approved schedule. • Inspecting fire equipment and emergency response means (emergency spill set, first aid kit, eye wash station, emergency shower) at facilities, transports of the company. • Perform daily monitoring and control over transportation vehicles via GPS system. • Perform daily check safety condition transportation vehicles • Prepare reporting on HSE observance criteria during vehicles use and driving on the basis received data within the present and other transport safety procedures. • Prepared technical documentation of QHSE for tender next company (TOTAL,KAZAKOILAKTOBE,KAZMUNAIGAZ, KPO b.v). • Complete question of HSE for work (Cementing, Frac Acid, Complete Tools, Fluid control) • Coordinate and check HSE training matrix.
