Responsibilities include pre and post contracts management activities for major contracts – bid documents development, developing bid evaluation strategy, negotiation strategies, bid briefings, formation of contracts and compiling whole bid packages. Post award contracts/SOs/POs management with suppliers on tactical, operational and strategic contracts to manage suppliers and make sourcing to meet business objectives. Jointly work with company’s contract owners and subject matter experts to ensure that business gets the required support and coordinate the job with contractors, subcontractors and ensure the business continuity and contractual compliance. Act as a point of facilitation between the company and contractors, interface with the specialists in charge (HSE, legal, finance, tax, etc) to make sure that the deliverables and milestones are met as per company’s standards and expectations and risks are mitigated timely. Lead and participate the meetings for pre and post award contractual activities. * Prepare contracts boards submissions, liaise with Legal, Insurance, Finance, HSE, Local Content, Operations teams for discussing relevant contractual terms, assessing risks * Coordinate the cost-impact and Product Sharing Agreement conditions related matters, issue Purchase Orders, arrange Business Performance reviews, Contract Management Plans, Supplier quality improvement programs

First Project: Major maintenance service to NCPOC Facilities (call off basis contract) Second project: TURNAROUND for NCOC Main responsibilities: To support Project Management Team in the development of project documentation and the evaluation of product data containing planned and actual information on cost, schedule and progress. Project reporting responsibilities: • Monthly Corporate Project Status Report (PSR’s) • Cost Reports • Forecast to corporate management on quarterly basis • Productivity Reports on VOWD (Value of Work Done) • Budgeting • Automatic Accruals, Monthly Manual Accrual, Subcontract Analysis • MOB plan (Man-Hours forecast) • Service Entry (SAP, Ariba) • Commercial Proposal CBS (Cost Breakdown Structures) and WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) implementation and follow up

Job Responsibilities: • Invoice processing, ensuring all relevant documents per contract terms are attached otherwise rejecting and sending back to the Contractor; • Coordinate with accounting the proper coding of invoices per the WBS and review invoices to ensure correct billing • Ensuring correct allocation of approved commitments, accruals and expenditures. • Liaising with contract and planning functions to establish VOWD, cost forecasts, and phasing. • Checking and booking invoices in Service Entry (Ariba)
