• Supply Chain coordination: - Sales and stock analysis and monitoring; Stock administration; - Planning of sales for production, cooperation with registration, marketing and certification departments; - Creation and coordination of Purchase orders; liaising with suppliers; - Preparing documents for customs clearance, cooperation with brokers; - SAP and 1C data inputting (creating material data, invoice and custom declaration) • Organization and controlling of inventory process, • Marketing and certification samples write-off products. • Goods destruction coordination, • Price-list and Financial Policy coordination, • LBE assistance, • Sales reports (weekly, monthly).

• Customer supporting and servicing: - Processing of orders, liaising with customers, tracking of Customers’ stock loading; - Coordination of shipment, liaising with warehouse; - Customer’s claim processing; - Assistance to Financial department in tracking of payments. • Working in SAP program: - Materials management; - Creating billing documents (invoices, picking list) for customers; - Truck account procedures; • Supply Chain coordination with Suppliers, Forecasting. • Reports. • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports (Inhouse Sales, Sell In).
