- Organizing and support of the technical operation of networks / power supply systems and diesel generator sets in 24/7 mode; - Processing of internal appeals of the company's regional services for the provision of technical support, the purchase of spare parts; - Ensuring maintenance, inspection, adjustment and testing of equipment; - Organization of preventive inspections, current, medium and major repairs; - Monitoring the operability of power supply networks/systems and Diesel Sets in the Eastern Region; - Work in monitoring systems, with equipment controllers; - Analysis of cases of failures and violations in the operation of systems and equipment, as well as taking measures to eliminate failures and prevent them; - Development of plans, instructions, schedules for the repair and maintenance of equipment; - Preparation of requests for materials, tools, equipment. - Conducting energy audits, identifying weaknesses in power supply networks, drawing up analyzes and plans for strengthening power supply networks; - Preparation of the operating budget for the power supply networks of the Eastern region; - Conducting official correspondence with suppliers of goods, works and services in the framework of the fulfillment of contractual obligations, as well as in the course of claim work. Correspondence in the framework of obtaining technical support from manufacturers and vendors of equipment, control and monitoring systems; - Negotiations and meetings with business partners; - Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for the procurement procedures of GWS on the Samruk-Kazyna e-procurement portal. Conducting technical examinations of applications of potential suppliers; - Daily duty (on the phone, upon the occurrence of incidents).

- Coordinating Technical Support Group, consisting of specialists fulfilling technical counseling and repairings of Diesel Sets and Power Supply Equipment according to the requests collecting from regional brunches , - Implementation year plans of the spare parts purchasings, - Negotiating with manufacturer dealers and local market suppliers, - Documenting, including official correspondence with internal and external customers of the company; - Purchasings of spare parts and modules (Full Cycle: Request - Analysis - Planning - Negotiation with Supplier - Purchasings initiation - Technical expertise - Technical acceptance of goods in stock - Providing parts to the Brunches - Remote assistance in installation process with the involvement of manufacturer's specialists), - Monitoring "trouble tickets" (TT) created at brunches due to brake down of Power Supply Equipment throughout Kazakhtelecom Brunches, daily work with different electronic/PC based platforms and applications; - Preparing reports, - Participation and contribution at projects in accordance with current goals of the company's development.

- File servers administration (Windows Server 2003, Active Directory), - Troubleshooting, - Assembling and installation, - LAN extending, - Fitting out new work places, - Documenting, - Purchasing of equipment, - Online support for remote brunches and users, - IT support for the local staff, - Maintaining office equipment - Data backup and recovery - E-mail issues - Handling printers, faxes, copiers etc.
