• Running end-to-end recruitment processes world-wide: program information, internship requests, pre-screening in DPDHL group • Supporting the on-boarding process: visa and reception process assistance, contractual matters • Contributing to the development of Internship program: concepts and implementation plans for long-term growth of the AIESEC internship program at DPDHL Group, networking concepts (e.g. of AIESEC-alumni at DPDHL Group, with other internship programs) • Ensuring efficient account management and partnership delivery between AIESEC International & Deutsche Post DHL Group. • Preparing quarterly program progress reports on the AIESEC Internship program • Planning and delivery of engagement activities at AIESEC congresses

• Managed the preparation and delivery of 3 regional conferences for 200+ participants (including conference team selection and coordination, budget planning and logistical support) • Performed data analysis and monthly performance reports of 26 countries • Coordinated the main regional communication channels (e.g social media, newsletters) • Contributed to the global strategy development of the AIESEC internship program representing Central and Eastern Europe

• Led the national board of 5 members to manage AIESEC’s Slovenia operations, reporting to a plenary of 5 local committees’ representatives and the supervisory group consisting of 4 senior professionals. • Achieved 83% growth in international community development internship program delivered by AIESEC in Slovenia, constituting the highest result in the last 10 years of organizational growth. • Represented AIESEC in Slovenia as a voting member in the global plenary of 115 countries, thus co-creating AIESEC's direction globally and taking responsibility for its perpetual growth. • Started AIESEC operations in 3 Slovenian cities, engaging students in AIESEC activities, ran recruitment and selection process for the new local executive teams.

• Developed recruitment and retention strategies, resulting in 70 % growth in membership base • Created the national training plan for local AIESEC members in order to support operations and personal growth of members • Developed national internship products for Slovenian students and its marketing strategy
