National Capacity Building and Peer Learning Consultant
Responsibility: Development and implementation of a peer-to-peer learning (P2P) framework for an effective collaboration among the participating countries of the Regional Hub to support public sector reforms. • Developed a new capacity-building strategy for the countries of the CIS region and beyond using P2P Effective Institutions Platform guidelines, which has enhanced the region’s capacities in public sectors. • Developed the concept of the P2P learning alliance and facilitated the first ever P2P workshop between Azerbaijan, Georgia and Kazakhstan in the field of public service delivery, which resulted in generation of new case studies in public service delivery. • Focal point during the overhaul of the modernization of the website of the Regional Hub by enhancing the design, visibility, functionality, and content. • Proposed, developed and managed streamlining of feedback on to the website. • Developed the process of launching monthly webinars to promote and highlight issues in public sector involving national and international experts. • Proposed to develop promo videos and successfully interviewed international experts to promote the Hub’s activities, which now has become the standard procedure at major Hub events. • Linked online learning toolkit of “NESTA,” the international partner of the ACSH on to the website. • As a focal point, successfully organized and conducted a major National conference: “Women say ‘No’ to corruption” in cooperation with the National Commission for Women’s Affairs, Family and Demographic Policy. • Contributed to and coordinated the effort of the Hub’s team to conduct the Regional Hub’s third annual conference in Astana.
