For the last 12+ years I have grown up as professional in Oilfield industry thanks to Schlumberger Wireline school -recognized leader in oilfield services and safety. I’m not afraid of big ($5mln) projects in fact that is what I have been doing for the last 6 years. I have been working with technologically complex products providing services to BigOil (BP, Chevron, Shell, Total, ConocoPhillips). I do know how my product works inside out by hot-fixing it in the field or presenting it in the client’s office and all based on real experience not just theory. Time is a $$$-money on costly deep-water rigs so I have learned to work efficiently and, if needed, fix and minimize any downtime for repair. At the same time I’m safety oriented thanks to high oilfield standards. I can easily handle working under the pressure. I do know how to handle yelling client to finally turn him highly satisfied. In terms of KPI, most of my job-projects end up with >95% overall efficiency, ~98% Service and Data Quality and zero injuries. I can cooperate or lead the team members. I can work alone or push subordinates to make the job done - motivation and delegation is a key! I can fix tools and equipment with basic knowledge of electronics/ mechanics/ hydraulics. I can do it by myself or if needed I can find resources & people to fix it for me. Let me get it more tech-detailed: I used to operate radioactive elements (Cs137, AmBe, U) in daily routine, I’m Explosives Level 2 certified to handle industrial explosives (BlackPowder, LeadAzide detonator,RDX, HMX etc); I’m experienced in both theory and operation of Sonic, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Resonance and Well Coring. I do know how to deal with High Pressure equipment and wells (25,000 psi). I have Advanced (Lev.3) certification for Fluid/Gas Sampling and Testing wells both wireline and pipe-conveyed. H2S and Deep-Water certified for SemiSubs and DrillShips. I have completed 1 week tough-driving course in Kellyville, OK, USA. Practically can survive helicopter crash in water or well blowout (of course it will never happen in my shift). My professional records: 17 project-jobs in one month (Texas, USA); 7100m deep (221degC) deviated well in Texas (Carrizo Oil); 62 hrs non-sleep shift till the job is done; $4.7 mln project in Caspian (Shell), 6977m Deep-Water job in Baku (Total); -54degC job in Artic (Russia), 2 new products field-introduction in 1 year (Russia-Sakhalin). And finally I had a pleasure to work in 7 different countries / 4 continents. Finance: In addition, I can read and analyze Balance Sheet and IS with Cash Flow, evaluate project in terms of risks and ROA, ROE, DSO, NPV, IRR (thanks for incomplete MBA degree and personal interest).
