Client Feedback:
-regular meetings and correspondence with clients, provision of needs analysis, feedback and post-course follow-up as required;
-distribution of course feedback report analysis and surveys to clients.
Recruitment of new trainers:
-monitoring of websites and newspapers advertising courses/trainers;
-discussion of employment contracts with General Manager/CEO and HR manager;
-discussion of recruitment/advertising need with General Manager/CEO based on projected work;
-interviewing potential new trainers and potential partner companies and making subsequent recommendations for courses and partnerships to General Manager/CEO.
Management of Coordinators and Trainers:
-direct Management and first point of contact for all Coordinators and trainers with problems. Referral to CEO or HR manager if necessary if contract or grievance related;
-management of Professional Skills Coordinators in Almaty, Aktau and Atyrau to ensure that training courses are administered efficiently and effectively and that trainers are given the tools to perform their work effectively;
-providing regular coaching and guidance to Coordinators to further improve their work efficiency and skills;
-requesting meeting/needs analysis reports from Coordinators and post-course reports from trainers;
-maintaining, monitoring and distributing feedback forms to course participants and trainers.
-providing feedback to trainers on their performance.
Feedback to Management:
-providing weekly (standard template) reports to General Manager/CEO of work progress and potential for training courses in Almaty, Aktau, and Atyrau;
-notifying General Manager/CEO of ongoing timetable of training and approximate finance requirement for trainer, materials, and equipment/facilities;
-notifying General Manager/CEO of potential large new contracts / tenders.
Signature:
-signature for approval of Professional Skills Coordinators’ holidays with prior approval from/ discussion with CEO;
-responsible for supervision of Almaty, Aktau and Atyrau office staff and training centers in the absence of the General Manager/CEO.
