Tengiz FGP 3GI project: • Supervised and coordinated preservation work for E&I equipment during material storage, construction, and commissioning periods on the 3GI facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. • Monitored work execution in accordance with the manufacturer's documentation, supplier and approved TCO procedures. Explained applicable preservation procedures, materials, equipment, and work to the subcontractor "Velesstroy," and conducted training. Checked existing preservation requirements and adjusted them in accordance with TCO procedures for each equipment/package/module. • Conducted equipment inspections with TCO, logistics, quality control, and construction representatives. Prepared preservation reports indicating the current status of electrical equipment and took necessary actions. • Planned, coordinated, and supported the execution of preservation work in accordance with the 4, 12, and 52-week planning schedule together with the TCO coordinator and subcontractor. • Prepared daily preservation reports to the TCO coordinator, participated in necessary meetings, and interacted with all subcontractor and client departments. •Electrical Safety Group - 5 • Ex Certificate

• Studied the equipment of a house-building plant, repair techniques, equipment diagnostic methods, and conducted equipment repairs. Developed and created schedules for equipment inspection and repair, submitted requests for spare parts and materials to repair; • Selected equipment, specified equipment; • Calculated cable cross-sections based on power and voltage loss; • Obtained technical documentation from AO "Atyrau Zharyk," public utilities, and the Construction Department; • Planned work for electrical installation and maintenance; • Fully provided uninterrupted operation of electrical networks at the construction site from temporary power sources, tower cranes and substations. • Prepared estimates for materials, worked with suppliers, formed orders, controlled inventory, logistics of goods, document management with suppliers; • Developed and created executive documentation. Achievements (in 1 year and 4 months): • 2 buildings were constructed with heights of 4 and 9 floors respectively. • Cost savings of up to 30% were achieved by concluding favorable contracts with suppliers of electrical materials. • A 4-stages building was delivered 720 hours (1 month) ahead of schedule through optimization of electrical and construction work. •Electrical Safety Group - 5
