- Внедрение и поддержание процессов Управления Целостностью и Надежностью Объектов. - Сбор, аналитика данных и разработка списка Наименее Надежного Оборудования по назначенному производственному объекту; - Проведение Анализа Коренных Причин Отказа с использованием методологий: Дерево-причин, 5-причин; - Разработка рекомендаций для устранения коренной причины отказа, соответствующим критериям SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely); - Отслеживание выполнения рекомендаций по улучшению надежности оборудования и мониторинг состояния после их внедрения; - Выполнение оценки рисков и своевременное выполнение запланированных инспекций и Планово Предупредительных Работ (Preventive Maintenance) на критичном производственном оборудовании. - Выполнение детального анализа состояния критического производственного оборудования по программе Управления Целостностью Активов критичного оборудования. - Проведение расследований происшествий по отказам в работе оборудования со стороны отдела надежности; - Обеспечение технической инженерной поддержки для отделов Эксплуатации и Техобслуживания, ИТР промышленных объектов при решении задач, связанных с надежностью оборудования и систем на существующих производственных объектах, уменьшения расходов на техобслуживание и ППР, и снижения вероятности критических поломок/отказов оборудования.

• Responsible for data gathering and analysis, development of Bad Actors (BA) list for the assigned facility; • Conduct the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) using Why-Tree and 5-Why methodologies; • Development of recommendations for elimination of the root cause of failure in compliance with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely) criteria, manages assigned action items completion and monitoring equipment performance after AI implemented; • Facilitate Reliability related incident investigations, conducts Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using the “Why Tree” and “5 Why” methodologies, identifies system level root cause(s), additional findings, documents lessons learnt, develops recommendations compliant with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely) criteria to address root cause(s), reports investigation outcomes to Incident Owner and Management Sponsor; • Provides engineering support to Operations and Maintenance departments and to facilities’ engineering personnel during solution of problems related to equipment and systems reliability at existing TCO production facilities, reduction of maintenance and PM costs and minimization of probability of critical malfunctions/failures of equipment. Leads and manages focused work on implementation, unification, and support of activities by various teams aimed at cmpany assets reliability assurance. • Conducts annual review and drafts a report in a presentation format on the most essential failures of critical production equipment, which resulted in the largest material costs and Lost Profit Opprtunity for TCO, including analysis of investigation findings of these incidents and failures, and identification and elimination of root causes at a system level. • Prepares reports on performed equipment reliability risk assessment. • Applies Operational Excellence (OE) phylosophy to improve productivity and effectively use the resources. Motivates co-workers to follow and apply the principles of OE, equipment reliability and integrity.
