FGP/WPMP Sub-project: Gathering System Pipelines - Implement “Save a Life” program and the IIF culture to ensure that all workers at site work safely to maintain Zero LTI and return home safe; - Ensure that each team member is aware of TCO Quality standards and requirements and lead them to show the best work ethics and practices on site; - Ensure that all Business partners and their subcontractors are provided with a project schedule that they must work on to achieve the key milestones; - Work closely with “RLG International” team members and Productivity department engineers to coach the BPs and subcontractor teams to implement the proper work scope planning and its optimization to increase the productivity rate and meet the target dates; - Attend weekly progress meetings with Business partners and subcontractors. - Work closely with TCO BB Field Operations and Drilling teams to plan future SIMOPS activities. - Installation, testing and handover of HDPE technical water lines to Drilling teams. - Installation of various diameter CS flowlines, fuel gas pipelines, multiphase pipelines and anchor blocks in green and brown areas of the field, including all the trenchless and open cut crossings of live lines, overhead power lines, fiber optic cables and SOR areas. - Approve IWPs and verify that business partners and their subcontractors have successfully completed the packages handed to them according to project requirements and specifications; - Work closely with SCM in team organization and recruitment efforts;

- Representing the Client Tengizchevroil on site; - Identify and rectify job hazards on an immediate basis and ensure that all workers on the site work safely to maintain Zero LTI at job site; - Inspection, monitoring and ensuring that all engineering and pipeline related construction (field) activities (trench excavation, trench preparation for the new pipeline, safe road, rail road, existing pipeline crossings, installation, flushing and hydrostatic testing of new pipeline, backfilling)are in compliance with construction related Republic of Kazakhstan regulations and to all engineering, construction and QA/QC requirements; - Monitor and record Contractors’ progress against project daily, weekly and monthly schedule; - Act on any non-conforming works or practices; - Resolve all engineering conflicts and work closely with QA/QC personnel and contribute to a smooth and seamless handover to the pre-commissioning and commissioning teams; - Record all works completing daily, weekly and monthly construction reports

- Representing the Client SANTO on site; - Planning of all civil, HVAC, mechanical and piping construction works; - Identify and rectify job hazards on an immediate basis and ensure that all workers on the site work safely to maintain Zero LTI at job site; - Direct the efforts of field personnel with a view to meeting deadlines; - Ensure that all subcontractors are provided with a schedule that they must work on; - Provide subcontractors with information on how a project needs to be completed; - Ensure that each team member is aware of Company quality standards and policies; - Make sure that workers are knowledgeable of work ethics and best practices; - Control procurement of materials and equipment and ensure appropriate inventory of both; - Create and maintain positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors; - Intervene during conflicts between members and exercise tact to ward it off; - Verify that each subcontractor has successfully completed the project handed to him according to project requirements and specifications; - Ensure that all required permits and licenses are obtained; - Perform inspection of job sites and individual work duties; - Monitor and record Contractors’ progress against project daily, weekly and monthly schedule; - Act on any non-conforming works or practices; - Resolve all engineering conflicts and work closely with QA/QC personnel and contribute to a smooth and seamless handover to the pre-commissioning and commissioning teams;

- Representing the Client OMV Petrom on site; - Planning of all civil, electrical and mechanical construction works; - Source discipline related construction materials, equipment, machinery, etc. required on site; - Inspection, monitoring and ensuring that all engineering and pipeline related construction (field) activities (trench excavation, old pipeline removal, trench preparation for the new pipeline, safe road, rail road, existing pipeline crossings, installation, flushing and hydrostatic testing of new pipeline, backfilling)are in compliance with construction related Republic of Kazakhstan regulations and to all engineering, construction and QA/QC requirements; - Installation of Sucker-Rod Pump Units in the oilfield, Oil Heating Stations, oil and gas separators in CPF. - Monitor and record Contractors’ progress against project daily, weekly and monthly schedule; - Act on any non-conforming works or practices; - Resolve all engineering conflicts and work closely with QA/QC personnel and contribute to a smooth and seamless handover to the pre-commissioning and commissioning teams; - Record all works completing daily, weekly and monthly construction reports;

Kazakhmys Projects B.V. (Aqtogay Copper Plant), (Construction Department) - Representing the Client Kazakhmys on site; - Planning of mechanical & piping construction works; - Implement and maintain a Zero Harm environment; - Evaluate suppliers, vendors and service providers; - Assist with compiling scope of work and schedules for tenders and contracts; - Source discipline related construction materials, equipment, machinery, etc. required on site; - Inspection, monitoring and ensuring that all mechanical engineering and piping related construction (field) activities are in compliance with construction related Republic of Kazakhstan regulations and to all engineering, construction and QA/QC requirements; - Monitor and record Contractors' progress against project schedule and key milestones; - Ensure that all Contractors are fully aware of the planned scope of activity on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule; - Act on any non-conforming works or practices; - Alert the Construction Manager and/or Mechanical Piping Superintendent of any delays or potential delays; - Ensure that all materials, machinery and equipment conform to the specifications and quality standards; - Evaluate construction against drawings, and record and report any deviation or change to the agreed design; - Analyze the Contractors' workforce in terms of skills, suitability to operation and numbers deployed; - Analyze Contractors' man-hours against budget and report all variations; - Liaise with Quality management to ensure that the specifications and quality standards are being achieved and adhered to; - Resolve engineering conflicts whilst on the project site. Work with construction and QA/QC personnel and contribute to a smooth and seamless handover to the operations end user; - Awareness of all materials brought to approved lay down areas and monitor that storage is managed in line with material types and requirements for construction; - Accurately record all works completing daily, weekly and monthly construction reports;

- Representing the Client Agip KCO on site; - Supporting the Commissioning Start-up Manager in controlling/managing the execution of Commissioning & start-up activities associated with plant process lines; - Support the Commissioning Start-up Manager in planning and monitoring (schedule, cost and compliance of work to project specifications); - Reporting the progress and costs trends to the Commissioning Start-up Superintendent; - Planning and coordination of contractors and subcontractors work scopes; - Verifying that Contractors respect all the relevant HSEQ procedures and regulations; - Approval of the commissioning plans and procedures relevant to fabrication, test and installation of process piping lines; - Review/approve the Contractor`s commissioning and testing procedures; - Monitoring Punch lists population, follow-up and clearance; - Supervising the Contractors work process (Engineering, Work permits, Manpower, Equipment, Materials, Testing and Re-instatement activities); - Commissioning of Utility lines (Utility and Potable Water, Utility and Instrument Air) in the plant; - Coordination of all preparation works for Leak Testing Activities (scaffolding installation and insulation removal/re-instatement, equipment transfer, mechanical isolation, etc.); - High pressure and low pressure Steam lines Steam Blow Activities and Systems line-up coordination; - Coordination of N2/He and Air/He Leak testing and Chemical Cleaning; - Joint Integrity Management (Controlled Bolt tensioning and torqueing of critical Joints); - Plant Fire Water Network Maintenance Control (Hydrants, Fire Monitors, Deluge skids); - Ensuring that works are performed according to project specifications, international rules and schedule - Supporting the preparation of the necessary certificates for handing-over the facilities to Operations;

- Representing the Client Agip KCO on site; - Supervising the Contractors work process (Tool Box Talks, Manpower, Equipment, MRF); - Supporting the Contractors to achieve a good execution of work scope in a safe way; - Monthly report, checking contractors bills as for the executed work scope; - Process piping construction check and clearance of test pack punch items; - Flange inspection, Air blowing, Pneumatic and Hydro testing, and Flushing inspection; - Controlled Bolt Tensioning and Reinstatement of the lines; - Reporting daily, weekly progress and all associated supporting reports;

- Purchase request and purchase order processing for all branches of the company; - Controlling the purchase and storage processes (Local and foreign market); - Balance depot stock monitoring;

- Reporting daily welded and inspected joints and all associated supporting reports; - Inspection of above ground piping erection, fit-up, welding consumables and welding processes (Above ground process piping); - Visual inspection and acceptance of welded joints, NDE coordination; - Personal assistance and witness in Welder Qualification Tests, Holiday Tests, (Underground Piping);

- Positive material identification of spools and reporting (incolloy 825, 625, Stainless steel 316); - Positive material identification of fabricated welds, pipes and fittings of Vendor Company;

- Reporting daily operations and all associated supporting reports; - Personal assistance and witness in Welder Qualification Tests, Holiday Tests, Welding and lowering processes (GAS pipelines); - Handling departmental documentation (Procurement, Construction, QA/QC); - Civil construction work control and inspection; - Reporting and calculation of all executed work scope and mobilized manpower (monthly);

- Reporting daily operations and all associated supporting reports; - Personal assistance and witness in Welder Qualification Tests, Holiday Tests, Welding and Lowering processes (NGGS pipeline); - Handling departmental documentation (QA/QC);

- Translation and interpretation off-site work processes (NGGS pipelines, tests, witness visits); - Reporting daily operations and all associated supporting reports; - Written and oral translation as required; - Personal assistance and translation in Welder Qualification Tests, Holiday Tests, Welding and Lowering processes (NGGS pipeline); - Translation of documents and meetings; - Handling departmental documentation (QA/QC, Safety);

- Packing machine operation, coordination of other workers ;
