1. Keeping time records of the actual working time spent at site, monitoring their timely arrival to site and leaving, being at work. 2. Filling out appropriating marks in the timesheet and daily preparation of reports (summaries) on attendance at work, as well as on delays and absences, discovering the reasons that caused them, keeps records of the payroll of employees. 3. Making weekly and monthly timesheets to verify amount of hours. 4. Completion and submitting to Area Execution Leads and TCO clients timesheets for getting a digital signatures on weekly basis. 5. Making consents of employees who have overtime, nights and work on holidays. Providing consents and reporting monthly. 6. Registr a badge to the CREDO ID System. 7. Control over 600 employees for revealing any discrepancies with actual working hours. 8. Making registr and filling out OT/OL/NS/OS requested form on the Share Point system. 9. Checking rotation schedule,POB, mobilization tracker if there have been any gaps or not corrected information. 10. Communication with HR/Project support/Project control departments. 11.
