• Coordinating data compilation for preparing budget of SO LLP within assigned time • Coordinating and managing meetings with internal personnel as wells as visitors • Managing and keeping in/out records/documents of the SO LLP • Managing tickets reservation and booking of hotels for all employee during business trip • Controlling of incoming documents/invoice of the Finance Block for payment

• Budget planning and control expenditures (services, repairs, daily operation for Fuel and Lubricants) • Preparing of documents for payment (account-invoice, acts of acceptance) • Preparing and checking of material reports ( acts on the cancellation , evaluation reports ) • write-off of inventories in the Oracle E-Business Suite information management system • controlling of accounts payable in a circle of KAA supervised; • creation of income information in Oracle E-Business Suite management system for the settlement of accounts payable; • Fleet Maintenance (budgets and planning) • Tender with local service providers (Invitation letters, Request for quotation packages) • Preparation and drafting contract after tender • Negotiation and interaction vendors as per Company requirements • Invoice review and processing for payment • Coordinating and attending follow up meetings with vendors as service providers • Monthly and quarterly reports, including key performance indicators • Contracts close out activities and follow up • Staff coordination preparing monthly report to HR (6 staff)

• Coordination of circa 30 drivers on a daily basis to ensure timely delivery and efficient coordination • Keeping track of Field and business trips to increase efficiency of logistics division • Tracking Fuel consumption and analyzing it to decrease the consumption to save costs

• Assessment and identifying Market for the products and finding new clients for business expansion and development, • Managing and controlling the Stock and inventory of the company products i.e. Personnel Industrial Protection Equipment, • Compiling the data and preparing the reports of workshop and presentations results of the sales team, • Supervising and delivering the training to newly hiredstaff sales team of the company.

• Collecting data, studying the market, doing market intelligence,aiming to identify prospect clients for company products, • Heading section for minor procurement activities from initiation of proposal to award (purchase, inventory, invoicing, etc), • Developing the Public Relations and image of the company for the promotion of products in the market.

• Helping the customers to choose the product of their choice and supervising Clients support services team, • Managing the cash as Cashier head, monitoring the sales and cash flow of the firm, dealing with banks , • Managing the total Food and beverage inventoryin and out data and providing the report to management. • Developing the Public Relations and image of the company for the promotion of products in the market.
