Presentation and consolidation of weekly/monthly reports for Flash Report/Executive Summary in Production plan execution, account of FG and RM in OOS и OVS, Work Capital (WC) and COGSmat counting, total checking and analytics of all received data from every division of Department, presentation of RM price dynamics analytics reports, presentation of suppliers evaluation reports, work with data from 1C, drafting minutes of weekly/monthly meetings, analytics of monthly/trimester/annual data, preparation of presentation materials, preparation and control of master classes schedules.

Work permits applying, FLP (Foreign Labor Power) database maintaining. Visa support for foreign employees, consultants and partners of the Company, setting and removal of migration control. On – boarding for FLP newcomers (issues on arrival, accommodation, working place and other issues, related to staying in Kazakhstan). Making visa to other countries for employees of the Company. Flights and accommodation support for business trips. Administrative support to CEO and Members of the Board, if necessary, translation and interpreting for senior executives during meetings.

Oil drilling equipments and spare parts supply. Potential customers acquisition. Company promotion by means of Internet, telephone calls, business meetings, inquiries receiving and carrying over these inquiries. Agreements concluding, checking out for rightness from juridical point and total monitoring. Carrying out negotiations with foreign suppliers (manufacturers and Chinese trading companies) and with customers. Carrying out book – keeping and documentation reports.

Provision of information and consultation of potential customers concerning Bank service, table of rates, Bank events by means of telephone calls and emails. Bank products selling. Generation of potential deals and monitoring of their completion.

Teaching of English language for groups of different levels. Preparation of educational materials. Development of lesson plans for groups.
