* 1. Supports and contributes to a safe and incident free operation by ensuring that the TCO Basic Principles and Tenets of Operation are incorporated into the Maintenance Training Programs. The Maintenance Training Supervisor will be encouraged to participate in the BBS program and to encourage all trainers to also participate. ; * 1. Co-work with Safety and Compliance Coordinators to fill the gaps that are identified and listed in the Action Plan documents associated with the OE 5 Step process which is focused on ensuring that TCO is in compliance with RoK Regulations. ; * 1. Ensure that all training courses are developed and conducted to cover all TCO and RoK safety and environmental rules and regulations that relate to Maintenace Employees. ; * 1. Plan and organize schedules for existing maintenance personnel and trainees incorporating operations times of low and high activity. This will include both FMTP training and project training. ; * 1. Responsible and accountable for the success of the FMTP. To accomplish this will require regular audits, develop action plans and ensure all deficiencies are corrected for the: * Training material being taught, * Training Aids being used by the instructors ; * Instructors delivery techniques and effectiveness ; * Training for new equipment incorporated into FMTP ; * JSQC's are relevant and adequately represent the duties of Maintenance Employees. ; * Safety Instruction Updates are being presented to Maintenance employees in a timely fashion. ; * 1. Supervise and mentor Operations Maintenance Training personnel. Among other things this will include mentoring instructors in development of training material and training delivery techniques to increase training effectiveness. Conduct career development discussions, refresh Personnel Development Plans, and implement the plans. ; * 1. The Production Operations Maintenance Training Supervisor will administer Offsite Vendor Training for Maintenance Personnel. This will include working with Maintenance Supervisors to identify training requirements, work with outside vendors to identify when and where the training is available, and working with HR Training to ensure all arrangements and documentation is complete and on time. ; * 1. Maintain Soaring Eagle program including development and growth plans for all direct reports. ; * 1. Communicate on regular basis with all customers to ensure expectations are being met. Work with Maintenance supervisors in order to make sure that training implemented meets Maintenance expectations and needs. ; * 1. Develop a Monthly Report and send to the Maintenace Management Team describing the learning events that occurred during the month and what is planned for the following month. ; * 1. Work closely with Production Operations Support Group to identify any maintenance training needs for new equipment being installed within TCO. The Maintenance Training Supervisor will be responsible to ensure that the training material is developed and delivered to the Maintenance Technicians either by outside vendors or by the POT Trainers. The supervisor will also be responsible to ensure that this training and the associated JSQC's are incorporated into the existing FMTP. 12. Communicate on regular basis with all customers to ensure expectations are being met. Work with Maintenance supervisors in order to make sure that training implemented meets Maintenance expectations and needs.
