With an area of about 3,000,000 SM. The City of Capitals consists of two towers - the 73-floor “Moscow Tower” and the 62-floor “St. Petersburg Tower”, reaching heights of 294 and 254 m, respectively. Floors 17 and 18 of both towers are offices. The entire complex sits on a main lobby consisting of 6 underground floors and 4 aboveground floors of public space. Responsibilities of Project Representative: CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT: (1) Speak Russian, (2) Be able to work on documents in Russian, (3) Have a good command of design and construction norms and rules in Moscow and Russia. The purpose of having representative in Moscow is (1) Coordination of the proper delivery of the design services, (2) Reporting back to Architectural firm in the United States, and (3) Improvement of coordination between Architects in the US and client.
