Work for Tengizchevroil - TA Projects (FE/DE department). - Development of Job Packs from Mechanical/Piping side. - Cooperation with Plant Operation, Maintenance, Procurement dep., Vendors, and other discipline Engineers. - Performing site visit for the ongoing Projects. - Ensuring compliance of assigned piping/mechanical engineering work with TCO specifications and standards

- Working as a focal point for Project named as “Unit -3 DEG System Overpressure Protection”. - Providing piping documentation for Work Pack of “Unit -3 DEG System Overpressure Protection” project - Providing piping documentation for Work Pack of “Caustic Neutralization Unit” project; - Review and approval of Site queries for “Wells” projects. - Contribution to the improvement of work activities

- Providing piping documentation for Work Pack of “Caustic Neutralization Unit” project; - Working on small projects as detail design for “Production Well - Arrangement. Hook up and its connection” in Karachaganak field; 2020-year period - Supporting to KGDBN (KPC Gas Debottlenecking Project) Construction team; - Approval of RLMU and Site queries; - Assisting to Sr.Piping engineer with approval of RLMU and Site queries; - Working with a web-based enterprise software system as Coreworx and IPMS; - Working with Software tools as Navisworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft office; - Revising piping documents and drawings after modification; - Creating isometric sketches and detail drawings. - Supporting other engineers of CFO team in solving occurred problems during job activities;

KPC Gas Debottlenecking Project (KGDBN) — Revising of the piping spool drawings and approving for construction; — Revising Fabrication & Erection MTO; — Revising Dia-inch register; — Engineering support to construction team.

— Investigating of piping engineering issues (engineering changes and additions to piping systems); — Performing site surveys, feasibility studies, production drawings and engineering reports; — Creating and maintaining isometric sketches for the systems or sub-systems requiring modification; — Ensuring compliance of assigned piping engineering work with the applicable specifications, codes and standards; — Reporting progress of all assigned work to Lead Piping Engineer; — Supporting other engineering disciplines in solving occurred problems during job activities; — Executing new design or replacement of the existing on the relevant drawings with MicroStation/AutoCAD software; — Preparing and developing Work Packs which include: Piping SoW, GA, Isometrics, tie-in schedule, MTO, etc.

Work in FED (KPO) as a Piping Engineer — Investigating of piping engineering issues (engineering changes and additions to piping systems); — Performing site surveys, feasibility studies, production drawings and engineering reports; — Creating and maintaining isometric sketches for the systems or sub-systems requiring modification; — Attending engineering weekly and Management of Change meetings for modifications; — Reporting progress of all assigned work to PEL (Lead Piping Engineer); — Ensuring compliance of assigned piping engineering work with the applicable specifications, codes and standards; — Executing all the approved modifications on the relevant isometric drawings with AutoCAD software; — Preparing and developing work packs for the engineering aspects of the modifications that include: Discipline SoW, Piping GA, Isometrics, P&IDs, tie-in schedule, MTO, etc. — Preparing SoR and RFQ for design engineering contractor, also review and respond for technical query.

Work in FE/DE department — Preparation of sketches on site —Development of CAD drawings such as isometrics, mechanical detail drawings and piping general arrangements in conformance with project specifications, scope of work, P&IDs and codes. — Communication and interface with other project design and engineering disciplines; — Working on AutoCAD and MicroStation.

— Preparation of process documentation (PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, Line Lists, Explanatory Notes, process data sheets, equipment lists); — Producing calculation sheets for line sizing, valve sizing; — Revising process and mechanical data sheets; — Reviewing and putting comments on design drawings of another disciplines; — Working on CAD software: MicroStation, AutoCAD. — Participation in Hazop; — Site survey; — Managing of job activities for junior process engineers; — Working with Project Procedures, International Codes & Standards, RoK Standards & Codes.
