Report directly to Contracts Manager Full coordination with subcontractors, preparing of general Subcontract agreements (prequalification questionnaire, comparison sheets, analyzing of all terms and conditions etc.), ; Draw up and approval of monthly report, preparing of payment certificates, ; Checking and managing the approval of Subcontractor's invoices, ; Preparation, submission and agreement of Monthly Invoices ; Translation support (meetings, administrative docs and etc.), registration of incoming and outgoing documents

Responsible for all correspondence between client and company, documents execution, registration and translation of meetings and incoming / outgoing letters, draw up executive reports.

Preparing of Method Statements for all projects, Audit of all projects, following Welder's qualification, certification, Welding control, Consumable control, Working with Standards - GOST and SNiP

Preparation of transmittals to production, works with isometrics & drawings, working with AUTOCAD, formulas, etc. Database Operator, Responsible for all NDT requests and their results (RT, MT, PT, HT, UT) following NDT Reject Rates, Inspection, translation of documents.

Responsible for all Welders Qualification and Certification, inspection, preparing daily reports, welding logs, following Welder Reject Rates, preparing Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and their Procedure Qualification Reports (PQR), customer specs translations. Etc.

Responsible person of all paperwork’s for QA-QC and production. Preparing hydro test packs, handover packs, welding logs and customer specs translations.

Preparing Daily personnel reports, Welder Certificates, Badges, and Consumable Certificates, Organizing Welder tests, getting government permission. Translating technical welding knowledge's to the welders on English, Kazakh and Russian Languages.

Prepared Daily personnel reports, Followed Welder Reject Rates, Performances, prepared PWHT reports, Prepared Daily Production Report. Welder Certificates, Badges, and Consumable Certificates, Organized Welder tests, government permission. Translated technical welding knowledge’s to the welders on English, Kazakh and Russian Languages.

Getting familiar with personal,getting general idea of department,acquaintance with department,working on pc,translation of technical texts,letters,documents,incoming orders,faxes..etc.
