Main duties:  Work closely with the PL’s management team to ensure and demonstrate compliance to ISO / API regulatory requirements to auditors and customers  Ensure customer’s special quality requirements are implemented into the products and services delivered.  Liaison with the Pl’s management team to ensure quality-related processes, procedures, and records are documented, controlled, and implemented  Formulate and administers policies and procedures to enhance quality.  Work with line managers to define quality improvement strategy which delivers financial benefits to a defined area of the business.  Identifies areas of improvement through the analysis of warranty issues, internal audit, and customer complaints.  Responsible for ISO/API Certification and training compliance, working closely with management.  Provide training, tools and techniques to allow other functions to achieve the established goals and objectives.  Follow-up and close audit findings using available reporting systems.  Advice operations regarding compliance in tender submission on QA/QC related requirements.  Support to Product Line in preparation of QCP (ITP).  Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan  Responsible and accountable of flagging the timing of interdepartmental deliverables and the quality of their output  Establish and maintain policy for documentation of all products.  Reviews documentation before is sent out to external customers  Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.  Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams  To manage all aspects of Quality Control / Quality Assurance in Weatherford operations base within Aktau location in Kazakhstan;  Provide overall QA/QC support function in Aktau for TRS, DRT, LH and Inspection PL’s ;  To play a role of the main focal point in Aktau for all customers on QA/QC matters. Perform verification of load out / in equipment. Checkup of Shipping and certification documentation for equipment loaded out as per internal procedures and Customer requirements;  Collection of QA measures and performance statistics, monthly reporting to management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement. Use WPTS supersearch to provide statistical reports;  Conduct Internal and supplier audits;  Provide all required reports and statistical information for Management Review.
