Continuing Airworthiness

Preparing the lectures for students, providing comprehensive explanation of aircraft systems.

The MSc in Thermal Power aimed to provide both fundamental and applied knowledge applicable to the understanding of the design and operation of different types of gas turbines for all applications. The objective of research project was on improving gas turbine engine observability, availability and maintainability through selection of different measurement sets, that closely related to provide secure operation of Power Plants, or rotating equipment's for pipe lines and Aircraft jet engines.

Investigation of events where safety deficiencies were exposed, both airborne and maintenance related occurrences. Review and edition of the procedure mannuals. Continuos enhancment of Safety Management System (SMS). Correlation of Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA) and so on.

Was responsible for teaching english for beginners but it was better for me to to teach technical oriented topics.

Main experience was gained in Air Astana. There was responsibility to read and follow maintenance manuals. To work with airworthiness documents and contact with suppliers.Underwent training programme based on Human Factors in Aviation, participated in other pre-causious trainings. Main duty there was to maintain an aircraft to flight, which includes procedures such as fueling,towing and other technical services. Attended a workshop on aircraft wheels and on Non Destructive Testing.
