Inspection of HDPE piping welding joint (Field weld, Shop weld) and line installation on site to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the project requirements such as ITP, Method statement, Material Approval Request, Should drawings.. 2. Check on “Witness and Hold points” in accordance with daily Notification for Inspection and Testing (NFI). 3. Reports any non-conformances on site. 4. Review and sign the daily Notification for Inspection (NFI) prior to submission to client, Internal Material Inspection on warehouse of HDPE pipes and coupling for any damages. 5. Prepare daily Inspection report to be submitted to Sr. QC Engineer. 6. Complete relevant inspection reports and ensure all works are properly documented (Test Pack). 7. Issuance of Non-conformance reports, Site observation report in order to record any deviation in quality of works performed during joint welding, line installation and testing (hydro and pneumautic) of HDPE piping. 8. Liaises with the Client`s (KPJV) Inspectors in performing inspections. 9. Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices. 10. Implementation of Flange management work as per ASME PCC-1: - Flange management bolt-up - Flange management torqueing

Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices. 11. Liaise with the site construction engineers, managers and provide assistance when requested

Supervision and guide piping supervisors and contractors for timely and accurate work execution. With the assistance of the Welding Engineers, Welding QC Inspectors to prepare the necessary reports and other documentation: - Daily Progress Report - Flash Report - Gas situation - Welding consumables

1. To assist the Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent with solving technical problems during project preparation and offshore project operations. 2. Follow up the instructions as described in the Project installation manuals, to complete the relevant checklists and to report any discrepancies. 3. To follow up the status of project equipment and consumables with the assistance of the Assistant Superintendent and material co-ordinator. 4. Analyze information received from different levels of installation process, indicating the quality of job. 5. To provide construction reports at the end of each shift. 6. Consider and analyze claims and complaints about the quality job, prepare conclusion and to response about results. 7. Prepare conclusion about quality conformance with technical standard conditions of received materials set of goods in company 8. To issue, with the assistance of the QA/QC Supervisor, the necessary reports and other documentation required as per contract to the Technical Clerk for onward transmittal and approval by the Superintendent. These standards reports include but are not limited to : - Daily progress report - Construction records: lifting, pile driving, dimensional, levelling, grouting. - Status reports - Subcontractors reports - Deviations from procedures, non-conformance’s and site queries 9. Study reasons on job deterioration; take party in development measures to avoid such.
