- Monitoring the risk management process and other elements of the company's internal controls, as well as ensuring compliance with, improving, and analyzing the effectiveness of the company's internal risk management procedures; - Monitoring and evaluating on an ongoing basis the company's achievement of the indicators of the company's development plan and key performance indicators approved in accordance with the established procedure, as well as taking appropriate measures;

General management of the activities of the Department within the framework of job descriptions. The work of the Department is divided into 3 blocks of work: - Budgeting and management reporting; - Financial modeling, analysis and tariff setting; - Treasury. In addition, a large block of work associated with the interaction with the parent company, trustee, NWF Samruk-Kazyna, as well as specialized state bodies as part of the work on attracting budgetary investment, development and approval of the feasibility study of the project.

General management of the financial block of the group of companies. The financial unit consists of the following structural subdivisions: Accounting Department, Treasury and Financial Institutions Department and Planning and Economic Department; the total number of employees under supervision is 6 people.

Full coordination support of the project "Construction of an interregional logistics hub in the territory of TASED (Territory of advanced social and economic development) "Lynevo. Investment Area" in the Novosibirsk Region of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of the project implementation it is planned to build a specialized logistics center for storage, processing and further sale of products on the territory of the Siberian Federal District of the Russian Federation. As part of the preparatory work, the project team prepared a feasibility study and a business plan for the project. Approval procedures were completed with the Novosibirsk Region Government and the Investment Development Agency. The profile of the project operator's activities was also changed, and the enterprise was re-registered taking into account the new owner's entry. All the necessary provisions and regulations for the full functioning of the enterprise were developed and approved.

Management of the department. The mail functions of the department include: the budget planning sector, the corporate finance and treasury sector, and the managerial accounting, reporting and analysis sector. Interaction in financial institutions, government authorities (within the competence). Maintenance and coordination of due diligence processes to potential investors of the Project. Achievements: 1) The attraction and structuring of a loan from the State Development Bank of China totaling $ 2 billion was carried out. 2) The cost of the Project was confirmed at the Investment and Strategic Committee of Samruk-Kazyna NWF JSC.

Formation of Current year Development Plan (budget part) aimed at projects implementation and covering current investment activities of the company. Cooperation with other departments on the formation of Development Plan (budget part) of the company, financial counselling of Managers and executives of other departments. Preparation, coordination and approval of the Investment Program, Development Plan and Budget for Investment and Budget committees in the parent company ("Samruk-Kazyna"). Development and approval of rules, regulations and orders of activity financial service of company on the Supervisory Board. Develop and maintain a calendar of payments. Cost control for compliance with approved financial records of the company.

Recomendations on optimization of unprofitable offices. Development of business plans and feasibility studies for new projects and the Board & Financial institutions. Financial recommendations on staffing structure and expansion of regional offices. Tracking costly articles for compliance established by the holding. Achievements:  During the work I have developed and successfully implemented a new system of motivation of the main trade and support staff.

- Development of the annual finance plans and carrying out the negotiations with local and international finance institutes on the subject of money attraction. Preparation and defense of the projects during Bank credit committees. Supervision over the Company finance department and preparation of the annual finance report for the Company Board of Directors.

- Preparation of Income and expenses report, Cash flow, analytical conclusion for the Board of Directors. Participation in Development of the company development strategy. Carrying out periodical monitoring within the supervised economic department. Approve projects with specialized official bodies and institutions.

- Systematic market research of small and medium business. Development and carrying out customer acquisition programs. Conduction of workshop sessions for representatives of small and medium business. Development and optimization of micro financing procedures for representatives of small and medium business. Carry out annual audits for structural subdivisions of partner banks for the purpose of control and following the regulations of credit policy of European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. Provide consultation for legal bodies on the subject of project financing and long term lending issues. Prepare orders to commercial banks and defense of projects during credit committees. Work with official bodies represented by National Bank and Finance Monitoring Agency over finance institutions and markets as agreed and approved by Regulation and Credit Policy.
