Responsibilities: -translation of documents from English to Russian and vice versa - Finance developing budgets perform cost reduction research preparing bank statement writing contracts -Monitor specialized sites, trading platforms to declare the state and commercial public tenders. -Request the necessary tender documentation, studying its requirements. If desired request an explanation, and takes into account changes in the tender documentation. -Promptly prepare a complete package of documents. -Prepares tender response. -Negotiations and commercial correspondence with the organizers of the tender. -Timely provide all necessary information about the conditions of delivery, guarantee certificates.
