EM Coordinator is a field based coordinator responsible to develop and implement all ER/EM activities at Project and develop an effective ER/EM program across the work site. Dedicating to performance, working independently without everyday supervision. Capable to demonstrate and show effective progress in multiple work fronts. Working outside 50% of the time in extreme heat and cold. Demonstrating strong leadership while directing ER/EM work scopes across the project.

Coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities, provide disaster preparedness training, and prepare emergency plans and procedures for natural ( e.g., hurricanes, floods, earthquakes), wartime, or technological ( e.g., nuclear power plant emergencies, hazardous materials spills) disaster. To report about upcoming drills to SIMOPS team and FO. - physiological, hygienic and epidemiological significance of water, soil, atmospheric air, their hygienic regulation - procedure of conducting sanitary and hygienic inspection of municipal hygiene facilities; - main TCO measures to prevent pollution of body of water, soil, and atmospheric air; - procedures of safety, industrial sanitation and personal hygiene in the workplace; - Mandatory TCO hygienic requirements for the technology of food preparation, storage, transportation and sale of food products; - Basic measures of TCO for the prevention of food poisoning and food-borne diseases, the procedure for investigating food poisoning; - to conduct the sanitary investigation of controlled objects using laboratory and instrumental equipments , draw up conclusions or acts based on the results of the investigation ;

- Administrator / translator managing all clinic requirements for 3GP - Providing information and reference data to patients; - Receiving phone calls, sending and receiving messages (requests, reports) for doctors. - Coordination functions ( meeting, registration, support at the clinic. -Overall management, administrative, and economic activities of the clinic. - Responsible for accuracy of medical documents and the relevance of the price list; - Manage clinic organization and analysis for nonconformities, patient complaints, service complaints regarding the quality of service - Inventory control for expendable materials, inventory ordering, min/max control measures, and overall assurance for office and clinic serviceability - Maintain service support and patient interaction with clinic doctors - Provide patient consultation for clinic service and align with doctors - Maintain and responsible for clinic software and data base for patient records and treatment - Supervise the execution of the field Drug&Alcohol Testing across Tengiz field and responsible for tracking and providing all data for weekly and monthly reporting to FGP HES EM Team lead - Support and lead the ISOS team and positively impact the ISOS organization during D&A testing - dealing with personnel that can be abusive - we remain positive and supportive - Strive to provide excellence and goodwill in all responsibilities.
