• Consult with external stakeholders as to their needs and develop appropriate project plans to meet agreed objectives. • With the support of the WASH Coordinator and WASH PMs, develop timely implementation plans and identification of required external inputs to projects, including specialized hard and software. • Develop pilot software and programmes, with a consideration for language for it's usability (Arabic as appropriate) • Ensure learning and feedback from piloted software are reflected in updated outputs and support the wider roll out of these. • Development of Water Infrastructure mapping tool for information sharing, supporting the works of the Water Treatment Plant Working Group and sustainable end line management of DoW • Develop a tools that are suitable for handover to the Directorate of Water (DoW) as a comprehensive record of beneficiary service provision, population, technical data bank and a repository for tracking works • Liaise with relevant local and regional Directorates to ensure the need, design and appropriateness of the intervention has the buy-in of local technical authorities, including government water resources departments to ensure longevity in design and planning of 2nd/3rd phase interventions;

- responsible person for the management of the entire GIS system of the organization. - building a GIS system for the preparation of territorial plans for 5 municipalities - designing and implementing project-wide GIS standards. - spatial analysis, automation through Python and Model Builder - staff training - direct information and data integrity for the projects. - Basemap, Geodatabase, Model preparation

-maintance of the GIS system of the company -integration of GIS with other CRM systems -training of users from marketing and network groups -weekly reports of the update and subscriber usage patterns -contact with municipalities and other governmental institutions for possible network extensions -integration of the optic fiber application with the ONMSi
