Support overall contracting process activities in all phases through startup. Ensure all contract information is accurate and processed timely, meets the requirements of project contract administration and is securely kept in appropriate project folders. Establish and maintain positive relationships with project team members. Assist in development of contracting procedures, contracting plans, contract registers/reports, and other internal TCO and/or project requirements when requested. Provide contracting support to the project cost team on questions related to invoices checking and verification against the contract terms. Establish and maintaining interfaces with key stakeholders in TCO and the project (TCO SCM, Procurement, Warehouse, Freight Forwarding Groups, Engineering, Construction, Business, Quality, HES, DCC, RA, Planning and Cost Control). Participate in internal and external audits. Responsible for assisting Lead Contract Specialist and CEPS Manager on all contract related deliverables, follow established SCM Contracting Process Manual (CPM) and guidelines. Full cycle of Contracting: RFP/RFI BID process in ARIBA, Commercial Evaluation, Contract Awarding process, preparation of Standalone Contracts, Amendments/Service Orders/Change Orders/ITC for engineering, construction team, RA type contracts and other necessary SO/CO for the project. Make sure Scope of Work documents are of recent and approved versions to be attached to the contract, SO/CO, and Compensation part is compiled correctly in accordance with SOW. Monitor and update Contract Status Report/Log and provide latest status for PLT whenever required. Prepare correspondence to Contractors, project teams and other stakeholders like SCM, CSS etc. to communicate contractual matters. Review correspondence from Contractors and timely respond in appropriate manner.
