Administering all company's In - house systems, related to all departments; HR, Administration, IT, Accounts, Engineering, and Construction. Responsibility starts with training the data operators on using the softwares in order to ensure the data management process is followed thoroughly. Perform timely data checks to ensure the accuracy and the lack of data redundancy in all the databases (SQL DBMS and Foxpro). Creating supporting utilities/tools (VB .NET, Foxpro) that have some functions not included in the company’s In - house softwares; which are specific to the project's needs, and train the operators of how to use them. Creating reports based on the requirements of the project; that are not listed within the softwares’ reports and embed them inside the softwares in order to be generated from within (Power BI, SSRS, Foxpro Reports). Performing data analysis and establishing data exchange methods between our company and Client or Subcontractors, mostly for engineering and material control purposes. Engineering software support (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) In - house engineering application development (process engineering, structural surveying and material tracking). Training of newly hired engineers and draftsmen. Support in engineering and area operations in running projects.
