Responsibilities: - Supervise construction work to ensure compliance with standards works and design specifications; - Providing technical assistance to project managers; - Elimination of remarks, making changes to the working and project documentation (red-line/murkup etc.); - Quality control of work performed; - Organization and conduct of laboratory and test work; - Organization and conduct of inspections/walkdown; - Prompt decision-making on emerging issues during construction and its coordination with responsible persons; - Drawing up and preparation of packages of technical documentation for the readiness of construction and delivery of objects to the customer; - Control of compliance of materials with design specifications; - Keep up to date the technical file of the work performed (drawings,specifications, etc.) ;

- Ensuring smooth operation, proper operation, repair and modernization power equipment, electrical and thermal networks, air ducts and gas pipelines; - Determination of the need for production in fuel and energy resources, prepares necessary justifications for technical re-equipment, development of energy facilities, reconstruction and modernization of power supply systems; - Drawing up an application for the purchase of equipment, materials, spare parts, necessary for the operation of the energy sector; - Performing calculations with the necessary justifications for savings measures energy resources, the needs of the company's divisions in electrical, thermal and other types of energy; - Participation in the development of the norms of their consumption, the mode of operation of the divisions of the enterprise, based on from their energy needs; - Monitoring compliance with the norms of fuel consumption and all types of energy; - Participation in testing and acceptance of power plants and networks in industrial operation, in considering the causes of accidents of power equipment and develops measures to prevent them; - Organization of inspections and testing of personal protective equipment; - Supervision of instrumentation, electrical and heat engineering devices used at the enterprise, and also provides preparation of boilers, pressure vessels, steam and hot water pipelines, electrical installations and other energy facilities by the beginning of the heating season, checks and examination by state supervision bodies; - Preparation of the necessary materials for the conclusion of contracts for the repair of equipment with contractors; - Preparation of reports on approved forms and indicators; - Control of the state of measuring instruments, reporting on metrological security of the enterprise;
