Responsibilities: - To support business-operations on all HR issues
- To interact pro-actively with all Department Directors and understand operational needs. To derive needs for HR support. To proactively plan and implement HR support
- To implement all HR projects related to Operational support
- To plan and execute the full ‘project-cycle’, i.e. to identify an operational need, relate to HR support, plan a project, document it, guide implementation, push for execution.
Requirements: - HR managerial experience 7-10 years plus work-experience with operational business (preferable). Total work experience minimum 15 years including project management experience
- HR experience in a large mulitnational company. Preferably 5 years and above
- Business processes re-engineering experience;
- Experience in planning, designing and executing projects
- Understanding business imperatives
- Negotiation skills, good verbal and written communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages (written and verbal) Kazakh language will be an added advantage.
