Responsibilities: - To design,control & implement all ‘Comp and Ben’ issues. Comp & Ben includes all aspects of ‘total rewards approach’, including employee grades.
- To develop / update internal regulations on ‘comp & ben’
- On the basis of labor markets, economic, legal and social conditions, provide advice and prepare proposals for compensation and benefits policies
- Prepare analysis and proposals for the annual and medium term plans and budgets to reflect total compensation, benefits and statutory employment costs. Coordinate and consolidate salary and C&B budgets
- Provide local and Board management with accurate and up-to-date employee data, as well as payroll, benefits and employment cost reports according to regular or specific requests to support budget process.
- To implement approved ‘comp & ben projects’
- To interact with operational Departments on all ‘comp & ben’ issues, including motivation schemes
- Participation in salary-survey. Analysis of labor market.
- To develop / update / implement salary structure.
- To control and implement ‘salary and bonus’ budgets
Requirements: - Higher education, preferably with Mathematics / Statistics/ Financial analysis. MBA in HR field would be a plus
- HR experience of 10 years or morein a large multinational company, including 5 and more years of expertise in the Comp and Ben specialization
- Negotiation skills, good verbal and written communication skills;
- Structured and systematic working style;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages(written and verbal) Kazakh language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Advanced PC user (including MS Excel);
