Danone Company is one of the leading firms in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry with strong international brands expands its operations in Kazakhstan and looks for Regional Sales Manager For West region of Kazakhstan who will based in Aktobe.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a university degree. An MBA would be an asset however it is not a prerequisite.
- Be sales-driven
- Minimum of 3 years experience in RSM position (multinational FMCG company)
- Demonstrate good managerial, communication and presentation skills.
- Be business-minded with high commercial integrity and honesty.
- Be a confident team player, able to input to the success and harmony of the team.
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Russian.
- Be a competent user of MS Office applications
- Hold a full valid driving license ‘B’ and have no impediment in traveling.
The Role:
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales strategies of company products through managing both company’s and distributor’s sales forces and following up the distribution, merchandising and financial issues in West region of Kazakhstan.
