Requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience in Trade marketing, Field sales or Key account management not less than 1 year
• Good knowledges in trade marketing
• Advanced user of Excel, Power Point, 1-C Trade
• Fluent English language
• Excellent analytical skills
• Communicative, smart,  goal oriented, team player
• High sense of responsibility
• Creativity

 Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of trade channel strategies within a highly competitive environment in line with brand strategies
• Development, execution and monitoring of 5P (Product, Place, Promotion, Point of Sales materials) to reach flawless in-store management
• Development of merchandising standards, execution and monitoring
• Development of POS materials by trade channel working with the agencies and the deployment of POS materials in Kazakhstan
• Managing Trade Marketing Budget with return on Investment mindset
• Evaluating & presenting sales, distribution and 5P execution reports
