Main responsibilities:

• Supervison and control over PFS Operations processes, procedures
• Optimize and update processes, procedures whenever required
• Ensure high service level standards, efficiency, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Budgeting, capacity planning
• Management functions

Requirements:

• Banking experience of not less than 5 years in Operations (Card Operations experience is required)
• Candidate should be at least 18 months in managerial position
• Strong knowledge and understanding of processes and control principles in banking
