Main responsibilities: - Supervison and control over PFS Operations processes, procedures
- Optimize and update processes, procedures whenever required
- Ensure high service level standards, efficiency, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Budgeting, capacity planning
- Management functions
Requirements: - Banking experience of not less than 5 years in Operations (Card Operations experience is required)
- Candidate should be at least 18 months in managerial position
- Strong knowledge and understanding of processes and control principles in banking
- Planning and organisational skills
