Main responsibilities: - To provide with high level support to HBKZ concerning all issues on customer information by efficient and on time service
Requirements: - Through understanding of bank products and related regulatory framework.
- Good technical knowledge on bank’s main operational systems and PC automation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiations skills in both English and Russian, ability to work under pressure.
- Fast-learning, ability to work in team.
