- MultiCash and HSBCnet customers phone support
Requirements: - Overall understanding of all aspects of IT support and Group IT procedures and standards
- Strong understanding of business requirements within HBKZ
- Honors degree or professional qualifications in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 years experience in IT
- Excellent communication skills (fluent spoken and written English a priority)
- Self-starter with tenacity to achieve results
