Main responsibilities:
· To establish and maintain a network of Operational Risk with business;
· To report about all operational losses, potential losses, near misses on time (with the Group requirements) to All HBSC Risk related meetings;
· To provide support and training to the Operational Risk Business.
Requirements:
· Banking & Finance Specialty
· Experience in banking and/or finance system - 2-3 years in Operational Risk
· Knowledge of local regulations and the audit systems
· Experience in assessment of risks, inherent to banking operations; risk controls and mitigation
· Thorough knowledge of banking operations, products and services
· Fluent English
· Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
