Main responsibilities:

• Develop Receivables Finance products according to HSBC Group requirements including necessary documentation(agreements, procedures, etc.)
• Work closely with Corporate RM's to market Receivables Finance products to current and potential customers
• Analyse and structure Receivables Finance transactions of customers to decrease/eliminate risks of non-performance
• Improve product efficiency and mitigate risks though implementation of Group systems and standards
• Monitor current transactions to early determine poor/non performing transactions
• Development of Marketing materials like presentations, brochures on Receivables Finance products
• Work closely with Trade Operations(back office) to increase operational efficiency and decrease operational risks in Receivables Finance products.

Requirement:

• Higher education in Business Management, Finance or any education related to banking business
• Knowledge of English, Russian and preferably Kazakh languages
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in trade finance related area, preferably in foreign or large local banks
• Knowledge of local market conditions and trade and supply chain finance products
• Knowledge of banking and regulation laws
• Experience in product development and sales is a plus
