Purpose

• Develop and implement both a trade and distribution coverage plan for the area
• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products are achieved for the area
• Creates plans of covering retail outlets and ensures its execution to fulfil sells, annual and cycle plans.
• Develop and implement an area operational plan in line with the regional operational plan
• Coordinate implementation of brand and trade programmes in the area, quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary
• Recruits, develops and motivates DS’s and TMR’s to continuously increase effectiveness of the team and prepares subordinates to reach the next leadership level.
• Ensure that area team is well trained on BAT systems and ensure on the job training to follow up their skills and knowledge using BAT approach OTJT and Audit
• Consolidate data gathered by area team to insure that Regional Manager is fully informed at all times
• Manage budget for trade programmes for the area
• Manage the productivity & cost optimisation of the area (trade spend effectiveness in the area)
• Propose goals and KPI’s for the programmes implemented in the area and track ongoing results
• Carries out all other activities as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Higher education
• A graduate with approximately 2-3 years experience at Territory Representative level (with at least 1 year of Management experience) in a FMCG company preferably a multinational that has a Trade Marketing approach
• Excellent communication and negotiations skills
• Excellent coaching, team building and motivating skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Lotus Notes)
• Driving License category B
• High stress resistance
• Fluent Russian and Kazakh
• Communicative English
