Purpose:
- Control sells plans, sales performance and team of Distribution Representatives (DR’s) to achieve BAT plans on territory
Principal Accountabilities:
To secure BAT plans, targets, performance and execution within assigned territory by:
- set sells plans and targets to DR’s
- provide clear distribution coverage plans within territory
- control daily DR’s work by Audit Tours (at least 25% of time)
- develop DR’s selling skills by On The Job Training (OTJT) (at least 50% of time)
- identify, recommend and implement motivation programs for DR’s
- cover DR’s route in case of his ill, vacation etc.
- organise supply chain work together with supply chain team members
- organise products move, necessary reports and cash on time
- provide full support to Line Manager with other projects
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Higher education followed by 4 years sales and merchandising experience in distribution companies
- Managerial Skills, Supervisor Experience at least 1 year
- Driving License
- Ability to work with multiple documents
- High interpersonal skills such as negotiation skills, persuasive skills and listening skills.
- Fluent Russian (Kazakh is an advantage), English is an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office programs
