Requirements:

• Education: preferably medical or natural sciences related to human health.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or in “health and beauty” sector, on the position of PR manager/External manager/Crisis manager is a must.
• Mature person aged 30 - and above. System and Strategic reasoning.
• Fluent English, preferably proficiency in Kazakh.

Functional Competencies:

• Understanding of business priorities, challenges and strategy.
• Defining and coordinating communication strategies and communication plans.
• Planning and managing events, partnerships and sponsorship.
• Management of relations with agencies and other outside providers.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with journalists.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with institutional audiences.
• Support for the Crisis Manager in crisis communications.
• Business observance, research, benchmarking and information management.
