Responsibilities:
- Identifies problem zones, bottlenecks, and inefficiency areas in company’s business processes within the area of responsibility.
- Proposes initiatives for business process effectiveness enhancement and agrees them with involved parties.
- Initiates projects for remedial actions implementation or facilitates realization of initiatives of involved departments.
- Creates/follows up project work plan, revises it as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each project (with some exceptions), ensures their fulfillment and reports regularly on the project status. Reviews the project outputs at each phase to ensure that defined project objectives and KPIs are achieved.
- Makes analysis and takes measures to minimize company risks on the projects.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
Requirements:
- Higher professional (Telecom/IT), MBA would be a plus
- 5 and more years of expertise in the respective area (Telecom/IT) including project management experience
- Special skills and knowledge:
- Telecom technologies, equipment, network topology, protocols knowledge
- knowledge of Kazakhstan business environment (or related CIS/Central Asian markets);
- project/program management skills (methodology and standards);
- business processes re-engineering experience;
- knowledge of respective business processes ;
- knowledge regarding the interactions between respective processes and the other business processes;
- structured and systematic working style;
- negotiation skills, good verbal and written communication skills;
- excellent presentation skills;
- advanced PC user (including MS Project);
- Languages:
Advanced knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
