Responsibilities: - To manage, develop and market the Bank’s products and services to existing and potential corporate customers in Kazakhstan.
- To ensure all business opportunities are maximised through quality lending and effective cross sales to new and existing customers.
- To implement a strategic plan and targets of the Corporate business.
- To optimise the potential value of existing relationships through continuous monitoring of the financial performance and other operational activities of the customers.
- To continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the business
Requirements: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Higher education, preferably at the master's degree level
- Minimum 3 years of the previous experience in the financial institutions, preferably in the corporate banking area
KNOWLEDGE - Strong credit knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of the Bank’s products.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial analysis
- Broad knowledge of the financial market and other sectors of economy in Kazakhstan.
- Knowledge of the changing economic, social and governmental environment.
- Knowledge of the global financial markets.
SKILLS - Proven ability to work with and present to Executive/senior management of our customers.
- First class relationship management skills including interpersonal, selling, negotiation, and business development.
- Strong customer service focus, enabling individual to successfully anticipate future customer needs and tailor service delivery to meet them.
- Strong Team skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered.
- Fluent English and Russian. Knowledge of Kazakh would be a plus.
