Responsibilities:

• To install an operational and financial infrastructure in HBKZ , which complies with HSBC standards;
• To implement a strategy, policies, procedures and culture to create an IT department capable of supporting the HBKZ during the current rapid expansion and the long term;
• To implement IT Services Organisation. To implement Branch Network. Preparation and monitor Head Office expansion and other major relocations.

Requirements:

• Broad understanding of all aspects of IT support and Group IT procedures and standards
• Strong understanding of business requirements within HBKZ
• Honors degree or professional qualifications in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT
• Excellent communication skills (fluent spoken and written English a priority)
• Strategic thinker with ability to lead the division through change
• Self-starter with tenacity to achieve results
• General Management Skills
