Responsibilities: - To install an operational and financial infrastructure in HBKZ , which complies with HSBC standards;
- To implement a strategy, policies, procedures and culture to create an IT department capable of supporting the HBKZ during the current rapid expansion and the long term;
- To implement IT Services Organisation. To implement Branch Network. Preparation and monitor Head Office expansion and other major relocations.
Requirements: - Broad understanding of all aspects of IT support and Group IT procedures and standards
- Strong understanding of business requirements within HBKZ
- Honors degree or professional qualifications in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT
- Excellent communication skills (fluent spoken and written English a priority)
- Strategic thinker with ability to lead the division through change
- Self-starter with tenacity to achieve results
- General Management Skills
