Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Develop an adequate C&B system for the business unit  in line with the business needs and the Danone HR policy: make sure it can attract, retain and motivate employees
  • Develop job classification system
  • Develop and permanently maintain the knowledge of the local market (today situation, trends…)
  • Optimise C&B packages with regard to the local tax system and economic situation (example : inflation rate)
  • Compare pay rates to a wide variety of possible benchmarks to know where we are (in comparison with the market and the competitors as well).
  • Ensure that the C&B policy is understandable and transparent for any employee in the BU
  • Coach managers on the C&B policy : framework and principles, implementation, respect, adjustment options
  •  Implement the C&B policy to support Management by Objective measures - to make sure “pay for performance”
  • Monitor, measure and report on C&B and HR Administration issues, within agreed format and timeframe.
  • Respect and be answerable for the country labor legislation, and for the values and social commitments of the DANONE Group
  • Oversee health insurance plans, working with insurance companies.
  • Control efficient HR Administration service to employees, as well as advise line managers on CBU’s HR Administration policies, processes and precedents
  • Ensure HR Administration and C&B IT systems are efficiently developed, implemented and maintained to enhance managers’ access to HR data and support their decisions, as well as to provide cost-effective service to employees
  • Control accurate and timely payment to employees made by payroll accountant
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of Information Systems and HR software applications
 
Qualification/Experience required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in C&B for international company
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge in C&B sphere (reward policy, job evaluation, pay structures and grading, performance related pay, salary surveys, benefits and allowances, remuneration schemes for different types of personnel: sales, production, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Kazakhstani Labor Code
  • Experience with using HR software applications
  • Analytical thinking
  • People management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Advanced PC user
