Requirements:

• Hold a university degree. An MBA would be an asset however it is not a prerequisite
• Be experienced in giving sales trainings  with a minimum of 2 years
• Sales or marketing  experience would be an asset however it is not a prerequisite
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Russian
• Have no impediment in traveling
• Be a competent user of MS Office applications
• Demonstrate good managerial, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Development of standard sales training programs targeting direct and indirect sales teams
• Development of the sales team in direct and indirect sales channels through structured sales trainings
• Evaluation of sales performance of the direct and indirect sales teams through standard surveys
• Reporting the sales team development KPIs
