Functions: - Set-up, supervise and coordinate a team responsible for monitoring and securing the order taking
- Invoicing and delivery process and procedures according to requirements and in order to achieve maximum customers satisfaction
Requirements: - University degree
- 5 years experience in Customer Service/Customer relationship management (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, 1-C program
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English
